“You don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out.”

I'm Clarissa, a registered counsellor supporting adults experiencing anxiety, stress, life transitions and other challenges that can make everyday life feel overwhelming.

I know personally how difficult severe anxiety can feel, and this experience has shaped the way I work with clients—with empathy, patience and without judgement.

My approach is person-centred and trauma-informed, while also drawing on evidence-based approaches and positive psychology to help you understand what's happening, build on your strengths and work towards meaningful change.

I prioritises person-centred, trauma-informed, empathetic care and measurable progress approach.

I hold qualifications of Master of Applied Positive Psychology at University of Melbourne, Master of Counselling at Monash University, and Bachelor of Psychology at James Cook University.
